GENERAL
Online casino games are meant to be enjoyed purely as a form of entertainment. However, some players may find it difficult to keep their gambling under control. It is important to understand that gambling should never be viewed as a source of income or a way to recover from financial difficulties. Setting limits on both the time and money you spend each day can help you maintain a healthy balance.
We are committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment in line with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board’s LOK standards. To support responsible play, our platform provides a variety of tools and resources, including Personal Limits, Self-Exclusion options, and access to trusted support organisations.
If gambling begins to interfere with your daily life or leads you to spend more than you can afford, we strongly encourage you to take action immediately. Use the responsible gaming features available on our site and seek professional support whenever necessary.
PERSONAL LIMITS
To assist you in gambling responsibly, we offer the Personal Limits feature. You can set limits on the amount you deposit, lose, wager, or on your account activity on the whole, such as Cooling off and Self-Exclusion limits. This functionality can be accessed within your account in the “Personal Limits” section.
Limits can be amended at any time. A decrease in the limit will take effect immediately, however an increase may only occur after email confirmation and only after the previous limit of the same type expires, in order to avoid rash decisions. If you require further information or assistance regarding Personal Limits, please contact our support team at [email protected] or contact us via live chat/ contact us form.
Players have the option to set the following limits to control their behaviour:
Deposit Limits: Players can set limits on the amount they deposit into their accounts within a specified period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Deposit limits can be applied to fiat currency deposits only.
Wagering Limits: Players may also set limits on the amount they are willing to wager. Please note, that wagering limits do not apply to sports betting.
Loss Limits: Players can establish limits on the total amount they are willing to lose within a specified period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once the set limit is reached, further gambling activity will be restricted until the next period begins.
Session Time Limits: Players can set a limit on the amount of time they wish to spend on gambling activities during each session. Once the limit is reached the player will be reminded that the Session time limit is reached with the pop up.
Cooling-Off Limit. You can set a Cooling-Off Period for a definite period of time. Cooling-Off period is applied to your account immediately. While the limit is active, you cannot deposit to the Casino and you will be excluded from all promotional offers, although you may withdraw the remaining funds during this period. Please note that cryptocurrency deposits still can be successfully processed during an active Cooling-off period due to the decetralized nature of cryptocurrencies.
Self-Exclusion Limit. You can set a Self-Exclusion Limit for a definite or indefinite period of time. Upon doing so your Player Account will immediately be disabled and you will be excluded from all promotional offers for the set period. You will not be able to make fiat currency deposits or withdraw funds when the limit is active. However, we still can process your withdrawal manually upon your request. Please note that all KYC procedures shall be done prior to withdrawal.

EXTERNAL HELP
If you or someone you know may be struggling with gambling, we encourage you to seek support from professional organizations, including:
PROTECTION OF MINORS
The Casino strictly prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from accessing its services. To uphold this policy, we employ comprehensive technical and procedural safeguards designed to prevent the registration and participation of minors. We reserve the right to request valid identification at any time to verify a player’s age. Any individual unable to provide satisfactory proof of being at least 18 years old will be denied access, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.
Despite our strict measures, we acknowledge that there remains a risk of minors attempting to access gambling websites. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in supervising online activity and to make use of parental control tools and software, such as:
BET BLOCKER
If you or someone you know is finding it difficult to manage online betting or gambling, using a bet blocker can be a helpful step toward regaining control. Bet blocker is a tool that limit or restrict access to gambling websites and apps, offering additional protection and support for those who may be struggling.
